With a Shopify website and an outdated MS Access database management system, Capital Region Classical were looking to upgrade their experience and management capabilities. They looked to MuseCRM, the Patron Management System that we had built and were currently actively running and managing for several organizations and seemed like a good fit for their own organization. Our first requirement was moving the website from Shopify to a more customizable system like WooCommerce. Given MuseCRM has a WordPress plugin that integrates seamlessly, this was the perfect choice.
Once the website was migrated, MuseCRM was setup to be able to manage their users, performers, concerts and most importantly sell tickets. Following a Covid pause, they started back up and operating by the Summer of 2021 and continue through to today.
