Literacy should be a high priority in all our schools and the earlier, the better. Many of our staff were teachers and a lot of our clients are educators so e have a soft spot for the needs of children. EarlyBird is a program that has been developed to combat reading difficulties for pre-readers and early readers from Pre-K to 1st grade. The Heckscher Foundation for Children chose to provide some schools free use of the platform for up to 2 years as part of their support for underserved youth initiatives. We were excited to help them deliver this initiative through a small website aimed at informing and communicating their message and encouraging as many charter schools in NYC to apply.

The timeline was aggressive but we managed to produce a website that covered all their requirements in time for applications.
